Exchange & Return Policy
At Ample Couture, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the return guidelines below before sending back any item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service with the following details:
Once verified, we will approve your return and issue a full refund, including return shipping fees.
Please provide the tracking number and photo of the postage receipt to our customer service for claim processing.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be sent back within 10 calendar days from the date the order is delivered to your shipping address.
Items must be returned in original condition, including original packaging, tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
The original hygiene seal must remain intact where applicable.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Accessories
Innerwear / Under Garments
Additionally:
Items purchased using return store credit are non-returnable.
Sale items, discounted items, and lucky bags are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the item’s value. This will be deducted from the return amount issued as store credit.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please provide your order ID and item code to our customer service team for eligibility verification.
Return Processing Time
Once your return is received and verified, we will process your return within 7 working days. A confirmation will be sent to you once the process is complete.
Please note: It is your responsibility to track your return shipment while in transit.
Exchange Policy (Within 15 Days)
We offer exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase/receipt under the following conditions:
The item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached.
Exchange is only allowed for size or colour, subject to stock availability.
One-time exchange only.
Exchanges for faulty/incorrect items follow our “Faulty or Incorrect Items” guidelines and will not incur restocking fees.
