Shipping Fees Within Malaysia
We offer a flat rate of RM7 per order for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and RM10 per order for East Malaysia.
Shipping fees are waived for:
Orders over RM180 within Peninsular Malaysia
Orders over RM200 within East Malaysia
International Shipping to Singapore
We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia only. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
Note: Delivery charges do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These must be borne by the recipient.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
Peninsular Malaysia: 3–7 working days
East Malaysia & Rural Areas: 7–10 working days
Singapore (International): Up to 20 working days, depending on location and method

Tracking Your Order
You may track your order using the tracking number provided via the courier’s website. If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated time, please reach out to us for assistance.
Missed Delivery
If you're unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a note with instructions to either collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.
